Was difficult to get this shot
At the beginning of the track: Graham didn't look too happy :)
Graham was trying to get a photo of my butt instead of me
Trail was just beautiful...
First snow on our way!
A bit tired by that time
Graham trying to look hard :)
Amazing views with snow...
That's kind of sunrise we were expecting next morning
The hut! 1h 55min to finish a 5km walk uphill
Changing and drying :)
Tired Graham at the hut
Ice on the lake. Don't remember if I have ever seen this in NZ
Good to have other people around to take a photo of us :P
Wish it was less cloudy, but it was great anyway
We actually got back in 1h 20min. Beating DoC's time have already turned into hobby :)
Graham was like a kid around places with snow :)
I am not cold, I am not cold, I am not cold...
Sunrise? If you can't see it, it's your problem
As always, let's spoil the picture...
Morning Sunrise hut
Layers of clouds down the hills
At Armstrong Saddle. Started snowing quite a bit. It was freaking awesome!!! :D
Playing snowballs once in a while :)
More snow :) I think he was enjoying it :P
That's how forest looked like
On the way back. As we were getting lower, snow started dripping from the trees... I wish we had more time near the hut, but Graham was paranoid that we would stuck in the snowstorm and die... O_o
